The Western Australian Freedom of Information Act 1992 gives you the right to apply for access to documents held by the Department.

All queries relating to Freedom of Information should be directed to the new Department of Regional Development and Lands.  The Department was created through the joining of the regional development function from the Department of Local Government and Regional Development and the Lands function from the Department for Planning and Infrastructure.
