Change your Contact Details

The Pastoral Lands Board, the Department of Regional Development and Lands (RDL), pastoral industry representative groups and the broader State government actively promote contact with pastoral lessees prior to any person or agency entering upon or having access to a pastoral lease.

To ensure the Pastoral Lands Board has the most current contact information for your lease, please complete this amendment form:

A registered lessee must sign this form otherwise amendments will not be accepted.

PLEASE NOTE:  Pastoral lease contact information will not be disclosed to any organisation without the registered lessee's written consent other than:

1. to the Department of Agriculture and Food, Landgate and any other agency that assists the Pastoral Lands Board in meeting its statutory obligations under the Land Administration Act 1997;
2. to agencies responsible for the function and delivery of emergency services and emergency management;
3. to agencies responsible for national and state security, including biosecurity; and
4. where required or authorised by law.

Land Titles

When most people or companies purchase pastoral leases, their address details placed on the Land Title is the address at which they reside or operate from prior to moving to the pastoral lease.

Please ensure the address information shown on your Land Title is current by contacting Landgate on telephone (08) 9273 7373 or from regional Western Australia 1300 556 224 or via their website: www.landgate.wa.gov.au and selecting 'Change details of Title' found on the home page.
